CoolSpeed® Flex is a new type of high speed, turbine-driven spindle that features an adjustable number of jets. This innovative new design allows the Flex to operate on machines with coolant flow as low as 2 gal/min (8 l/min). Just like the CoolSpeed® mini, the Flex is plug-and-play, crash-resistant, and maintenance-free.


Continuous high precision:

- The cutting tool shank serves as the spindle shaft

- Dynamic run-out 4 microns or better

- Bearings easily replaced with each cutting tool change.


Efficiently turn any machine into an ultra-high-speed machining center:
