CoolSpeed® mini is a new, high speed, turbine-driven spindle that costs a fraction of competing spindle systems. Due to its unique design, it is possible to operate the spindle with coolant, cutting oil or air mist. It is plug-and-play, crash-resistant, and maintenance-free.


Continuous high precision:

- The cutting tool shank serves as the spindle shaft

- Dynamic run-out 4 microns or better 

- Bearings easily replaced with each cutting tool change.

 

 

Efficiently turn any machine into an ultra-high-speed machining center:
