An innovative CNC crosshole deburring solution consisting of spherical deburring cutter and made-to-order tool path CNC program. This solution enables high-speed, high-precision deburring of curved 3D contours. The made-to-order CNC program ensures optimal performance of the cutter while maximizing tool life.

The same size of cutter can be used for a variety of different edge sizes and shapes. This shortens the cycle time by minimizing the number of tools used and reduces the number of positions required in an ATC.
