About ZygoLOT

ZygoLOT was founded in 1999 as a joint venture between LOT-Oriel GmbH and Zygo Corporation, an American NASDAQ-listed supplier of optical metrology instruments, precision optics, and electro-optical design/manufacturing services.


LOT-Oriel, the exclusive European distributor of ZYGO's metrology products for more than 30 years, formed ZygoLOT with those employees responsible for sales and service of ZYGO products. This group of highly-skilled people has a long history and high level of competence with optical metrology, and understands how to apply ZYGO technologies to best serve our customers.


ZygoLOT's Darmstadt office supports distribution all over Europe, and maintains demo/application labs for doing acceptance tests, providing GR&R data, and conducting software training.
