Save set-up times with low-cost automation - e.g. Zero-Point clamping system, AMF gripper

With a gripper, the workpieces to be processed are placed in the collet fixture, which fits in the AMF zero-point clamping system in the hydraulic design.

The collet ensures that the workpiece is securely clamped. The AMF-Marker is a marking tool for marking the most varied of materials. The final automated cleaning of the workpiece and of the clamping fixture takes place with the AMF-Cleaner, stick design, which cleans in fast motion and can easily be included in the automation sequence.
