About andron


The andron GmbH was founded in 1975 by Mr. William J. Blumlein . As early as 1982 the company presented the first CNC machine tool control system with menu-driven data entry, floppy drive and multi-tasking operating system. A standard IBM compatible PC was built in 1987 in a CNC machine tool controller. In the meantime, the andron GmbH has the hardware -based CNC manufacturer to a software-oriented service company developed .


In 2000, the company has developed the first fully integrated IT networks in 16 -axis multi-processor control with Windows NT operating system.


In January 2009, the andron GmbH was acquired by Lust Antriebstechnik GmbH, a specialist in drive and automation technology , headquartered in the Hessian Lahnau and is now part of the LTi group of companies.


 


The andron GmbH has its headquarters in Wasserburg am Bodensee . In addition, it maintains a branch with two employees in Dresden.


Developed and produced with 25 employees today andron PC-based CNC control for high-performance machine tools. Significant unique features of these controllers are the extremely high processing speeds and the openness of the system .
