ASSFALG presents the more advanced contour chamfering machine KKF 4 at the exhibition DeburringEXPO

The KKF 4 has now instead of the previous 2 fixed speed steps a stepless speed regulation in the range of 6000 - 31000 rpm.

This means that it is possible to achieve a significantly longer tool life due to the high-precision concentricityduring the processing of materials with different strength.

Due to the belt transmission, the KKF 4, compared to machines with commutator motors, can also be used in continuous operation.

The machine has a sturdy construction with the hardened and polished table top.

The precise chamfer adjustment takes place over a micrometer screw.

A fast tool change also provides time saving.
