These inspection systems will be able to:
- intelligently distinguish between process related defects which can be avoided through process control and inevitable defects that only happen once,
- safely detect all important surface defects,
- be manageable with a new ergonomically control concept.
Through this Baumer offers a solution to constantly check the quality of the production and analyze the process to optimize your production and reduce second choice quality.
First lab tests at Baumer Inspection´s own technical center in Konstanz, Germany, have been realized and the results were so convincing that Baumer was able to achieve a deal for 5 inspection systems for furniture full boards which will be installed in 2015.
Inspection 4.0 automated inspection systems will be able to guarantee stable, standardized sorting. Baumer Inspection has defined three main tasks for their next gen systems:
