HD-S, VERNET BEHRINGER’s new compact drilling machine for profiles, made its world premiere at EMO fair. It became immediately THE reference in this category and will be positioned as an entry level, particularly dedicated to locksmith and small medium-sized steel fabricators looking for a versatile machine with compact footprint.

The basic version includes 3 spindles to drill simultaneously the web and both flanges of H-beams, but also machine channels, angles, flats as well as right hollow sections (capacity: 400 x 300 mm). And it comes with a powerful operating system allowing job programing on 4 faces.

Additional modules have been designed to increase the versatility of the machine: powerful spindle motors for fast carbide drilling, unique clamping system with CNC controlled x-axis with 150 mm stroke to ensure vibration-free milling operations on profiles (long holes, openings etc.) and exclusive V-scoring system for fast and precise scribing.

The new HD-S line offering low running costs and available with a wide range of infeed/outfeed loading and transport systems can be installed in line with a high performances BEHRINGER band sawing machine for straight and mitre cuts.
