Standardized Mold Making

The secret is measuring the remaining stock of mold surface after specific processes (picture 2), such as semi-finishing. Due to the seamless integration between Jingdiao CADCAM software, control system and high-speed machine tool, the collected data will be displayed on the screen of control system in real time (picture 3), which makes it possible for technicians to see if the mold is qualified and potimize or adjust the process quickly if something goes wrong. Thus, the remaining stock of the finished mold will be precisely controlled and don't need any manual operation further to fit each other seamlessly and mutually.(picture 4 and 5)
The whole solution is supported on 5-axis machining as well. Due to the high fitting clearance and good air-tightness, 5-axis fitting workpiece can lift up a 50kg non-magnetic part for 3 minutes.(Last picture)
And the advantage of this solution is also very obvious, no manual operation, better product quality, longer die mold lifespan, and the most important--standardized mold making.
