Worldia has a modern factory covering 16,000 square meters, completely equipped with advanced manufacturing machines, including COBORN RG9, VOLLMER and FARMAN grinding machines, FANUC Five-axis CNC EDM machine for processing PCD/PCBN tools, more than forty precision laser cutting machines, over one hundred large lapping and polishing machines.

Through the use of superior inspection equipment (such as ultrasonic C-scanners and B-scanner imported from the US, Germany ZOLLER high-precision tool measuring equipment, universal tool microscopes, metallurgical microscopes and abrasion testers), and implementation of rigorous, complete and systemic quality inspections, our highly experienced and professional technical staff ensures that the superior performance of our products can meet customers' requirements.
