THE NEW BIAX T 3-90 S: THE UNIQUE EFFORTLESSNESS OF OIL-FREE GRINDING

BIAX, specialist for industrial deburring solutions, sets new standards in terms of precision, working comfort and environmental protection with the T 3-90 S oil-free grinder.

The grinder with turbine motor impresses with its ergonomic design: with a graceful 22 mm in diameter, it fits very well in the hand and it is also very comfortable to work with the slim machine over a long period of time. When you switch it on, you immediately notice how pleasantly smoothly and quietly the turbine grinder runs. The device is designed for the finest deburring and grinding work and it produces surface results of excellent quality. One main reason for this: the spindle is equipped with a paired floating bearing at the front and is completely decoupled from the housing. The machine reaches 90,000 revolutions per minute. This prevents vibrations from occurring in the first place and enables the highest precision in grinding while at the same time being resistant to wear. A run-out brake provides additional safety when switching off.

The T 3-90 S also scores in terms of environmental protection and sustainability: the unit is equipped with a special control mechanism: air consumption drops automatically at lower loads. This saves energy costs. Since the machine is operated oil-free with a simple air filter, no oily precipitates get into the air and onto the workpiece.
