The gripper on the robotautomationsystems of BMO Automation can be fitted with automatically adjustable gripper jaws. By means of a simple operation, the operator is able to enter the product's size into the BMO Intelligent Control, after which the servo gripper automatically adjusts to the entered size. As a result, multiple product formats can be loaded in a fully automated manner as part of a single continuous process. Gripper fingers no longer have to be switched manually.
With a parallel gripper, products can be grasped at two locations in the range of 0 to 164 mm or 109 to 274 mm without the intervention of the operator.
A three-point gripper can grab round products at locations in a range of 3 to 196 mm or 144 to 310 mm without operator intervention.

The Titanium 50 from BMO Automation is a high-capacity, enclosed robotic system for the automatic loading of source material or semi-manufactured products onto one or two CNC machining centres. These could be either milling machines or lathes, as the Titanium 50 is a solution for both types of CNC machine.
As standard equipment, the automated system comes with a pallet loader, but it can be expanded with a product-loading module, if desired. Adding the product module also enables you to load raw material and semi-finished products onto your CNC machine by robot. The Titanium 50 with product and pallet loading has a flexible loading system. The operator can load and unload these drawers during operation without stopping the production process. The advantages of the automated system are best achieved by combining pallet and product loading capacity, making it possible to automate the processing of very many slightly different product series and even single items.

The intuitive and user-friendly BMO software ensures quick set-up times and smooth progress of the work. It makes no difference whether you are machining a larger product series on two machines or want to intermittently produce a large mixture of parts. Products can be resupplied and prepared during the process. As a result, set-up times are limited to a minimum, and the number of spindle hours is maximised.
