About Canadian Robotics Council
OUR VISION:
A GLOBALLY RELEVANT CANADIAN ECONOMY FUELLED BY ROBOTICS INNOVATION
Robots are the missing link between the information age and key sectors of the physical economy, from manufacturing and extractive industries, to agriculture, logistics, and health.
But Canada has yet to tap the benefits of existing robotics technologies.
We envision a near future where Canadians leverage robotics to enhance their productivity, safety, global competitiveness and quality of work.
OUR APPROACH
- ECOSYSTEM METRICS
- CASE STUDIES
- COLLABORATIVE INSIGHT
We complement and connect existing initiatives by collecting, organizing and disseminating the information and insights we all need to succeed, including ecosystem metrics, use cases and application studies, insights on the relative strengths and weaknesses of the Canadian robotics sectors compared to the rest of the world.
In so doing, we are becoming the collective national voice and point of contact for robotics in Canada, with a mandate to connect robotics and its adjacent sectors into a true ecosystem that encourages mutual collaboration, research, and product development.
