What's new in CASTEK
During the period of severe infectious disease, we've developed several new technology to improve your machining experience.
We upgraded our EDM generator, the heart of EDM machine, to faster, more powerful and precise. It would be the most powerful generator ever in CASTEK. There are more parameters you can use with new generator that can optimize to all range of materials. For example, we can drill aluminium without isolated, drill carbide without de-cobalt, drill micro hole 5 times faster and 2 times deeper, drill with good surface finish than before.... etc
The machine accuracy is also improved. The every size of the hole can be controlled, both depth and radius. Furthermore, we supply the machine that can drill and mill the shape in one machine. The machining depth/raduis is more that 10 times. Therefore, blind holes, taper holes, counterbore, outer diameters, micro shapes can be easily solved with new generator.
