Contents and advantages of the training
Due to their complex structure, tool materials are among the materials that are difficult to weld. At the same time, subsequent treatments such as hardening, nitriding or PVD coatings require special care in the selection of welding consumables and welding processes. This is precisely where the ToolTec training comes in.
Participants learn:
- Welding metallurgy of cold, warm and PM steels
- Welding preparation and heat supply
- Selection of suitable welding consumables
- Processes such as plasma powder and micro-plasma welding
- Practical exercises in TIG, MAG and E-hand welding
The training is conducted in small groups to ensure intensive supervision. The training covers both theoretical content and practical applications to enable direct implementation of what has been learned.
