Gas-shielded cored wire with a metal powder core, designed for series production as well as maintenance and repair tasks where precision, efficiency, and productivity are critical.

This groundbreaking alloy is completely free of chromium and nickel. It incorporates complex carbides of tungsten, molybdenum, vanadium, and niobium, along with boride hard phases, forming a fine-grained structure. This unique composition delivers an outstanding balance of impact and abrasion resistance while maintaining its mechanical and technological properties even under high temperatures (57 HRC at 600 °C; 41 HRC at 700 °C).
