Extremely small and yet enormously strong: The ZSG mini from the WNT Performance series is ideal for clamping small workpieces.
Once you have used it, you will never want to do without it again: Center clamps are useful tools that often make the daily work of machinists much easier. In order to be able to fully exploit its advantages even for particularly fine workpieces, we have included the ZSG mini, a small-part centric clamp, in our product range.

1. Optimum accessibility
   Due to its fast and trouble-free operation, set-up times are considerably reduced. The ZSG mini is easily accessible from all sides, making it ideal for machining unmachined parts, finished parts, multiple clamping and automation applications.
2. Large clamping range – grip or smooth step
   The small part centering clamps are available in 80 mm and 100 mm lengths with 45 mm and 70 mm wide quick-change jaws. All parts have been case hardened to HRC 54-56, with smooth step as well as grip variants.
3. Stainless, hardened base body
   The stainless base body, hardened to 45 HRC, promises a long and reliable service life for the clamping system.
4. Fast jaw changeover without tools
   The quick-change system enables the jaws to be changed quickly and easily, completely without tools, and within seconds.
5. High clamping force
   Instead of time-consuming pre-stamping, the ZSG mini relies on very high clamping forces of 16 kN with 50 Nm.
6. Compact design
   The ZSG mini is ideally suited for a 4- and 5-axis dividing head and can be integrated directly into or onto the pallet.
