The company was established in 1988 as commercial enterprise for leak detectors and flow testers.

Producer of test devices

In 1996 the company changed its corporate name to CETA Testsysteme GmbH and started the development and production of own leak detectors and flow testers. Compressed air is used to test the products. The test devices are proprietary developed by the development department which develops the electronics, mechanical and pneumatical components as well as firmware and software. The most important components (e.g. multifunction valve, microcontroller) of the test devices and accessories (e.g. calibration normals) are produced inhouse. CETA has high requirements regarding the quality of the internal components. These can be fulfilled best by using proprietary developed components.
 
Marketability and customer orientation

As a producer of test devices we can affect the product development and are able to take the customer requirements into account. This results in a high flexibility and consequent customer orientation.
 
Manifold programm of test devices

We offer leak detectors, flow testers, mass flow testers and the appropriate accessories. Therefore CETA is able to work out the best solution for the industrial test application. Due to different test device technologies and a wide scope of pressure and measurement ranges nearly every test requirement can be fulfilled. An integrated control of the correct test device function guarantees a high standard of process reliability.

Wide range of services

CETA offers a wide range of services like consulting, feasibility studies, engineering, installation, setting-up operation, maintenance, calibration, repair, alteration and maintenance contracts. The close cooperation between sales and service guarantees optimal customer care.

Clear focus on quality

The high entitlement of CETA regarding quality is clearly demonstrated by the certification of the calibration laboratory as DAkkS-calibration laboratory (DAkkS = Deutscher Akkreditierungsservice) and the gain of the “Quality Price NRW” (North-Rhine-Westfalia). The high product quality of our test devices is assured by a critical vendor selection, receiving inspection tests, detailed documentation of product tests and stringent tracing of claims and defects. For every test device, produced by CETA, exists a so-called “test device history”, which documents the technical life cycle, the actual settings and parameters. This combination enables a high consulting competence also in the after-sales phase. This variety of CETA services is a great benefit to our customers.
 
Internationalisation of business activities

Due to the increasing acceptance of our products, our test devices are already used worldwide. CETA has accepted this challenge. With our national representations we can serve our customers on site.
