Changzhou City Wansui Tools Works is a specialized factory for manufacturing cutting tools. It was founded in 1993 and it continues to be among the best in the industry. It enjoys accessibility in due its transportation system, which is proximate to Changzhou Airport, which is approximately 10 km from the factory. It is also 10 km away from the Changzhou north exit where the road joins Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway. The factory occupies an area of 55,000 square meters, of which 22,000 square meters is covered by factory buildings.

The factory has 250 employees working in different departments and more than 60 of them are technical personnel and engineers. The factory has various inspection instruments, production equipment, and it is currently producing a capacity worth USD 20 million.
