Changzhou Jingnuo Tools Co., Ltd. was founded in 2006. Our company is a professional manufacturer, over 10 years experiences in producing solid carbide CNC tools including end mills, drill bits, reamers, saw blades and non-standard tools. We have been assessed and registered as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. We also have successful foreign trading experience in Europe, North America, South America, Australia, Mideast and Southeast Asia.

The workshops occupy an area of more than 500 square meters. Our company has two production lines: One is German "Walter Power & Vision" specializing in all kinds of large-diameter tools. We also have 7 sets "Walter Micro" processing small-diameter tools. The number of devices has increased year by year. We use ERP management software to achieve traceability of each step of each tool. Besides, we established strict quality control system including incoming quality control, input process quality control, final inspection, outgoing inspection to make sure every tool is 100% inspection. We have examine equipment such as Zoller Auto-detection instrument(from Germany), PG 1000 and Parlec(from America) to ensure stable dimensional accuracy and fine surface quality. We have our own R&D team leading by engineers with 40+ years of experience. They use testing equipment such as Haas testing service life to ensure that the customer's requirements are met.
