The company has constantly devoted to the research and development of metric, British, and American system thread tools, oil pipe thread Chasers, worm whirling milling tools, bearing profile cutting tools ,customized profile tools, and the latest product line-“QuickDrill ”,a self-locked changeable cutting head drill ,which has stepped on to the innovation driven road of business model of the complicated and precision profile cutting tool & hole-machining tool research, innovation ,design, producing and service, and gradually approved by the market. Fengyitool is located in the Longtan Industrial Zone of Chengdu, Sichuan. Situated in natural geographical surrounding, adjacent to the Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding Center, Fengyitool occupies 6700 square meters, employs 140 employees, and owns more than 100 sets of precision machining and test equipment including CNC grinding machines, Ewag compact line 5 axis grinding machine from Switzerland, Deckel S22E 5 axis grinding machine from Germany, Walter Basic precision grinding machine from Germany, automatic insert honing machine made in UK and domestic automatic periphery grinding machine. By the end of 2014, we imported CC800-9 HIPIMS sophisticated PVD coating units from CemeCon Germany, GMF insert honing inspection device, coating thin film micro-nano indentation device and coating film adhesion scratch tester to improve our products quality and enhance the base of the competitiveness in the market.

The company produces more than two million inserts yearly, and is China’s largest suppliers for metric/British/American system thread turning inserts ,milling inserts , solid carbide thread mills and oil pipe thread inserts .
