Automation in perfection: With the new VariocellPallet automation solution, small batch sizes and complex workpieces can be machined fully automatically and, thus, in a highly flexible way. VariocellPallet enables different raw parts to be clamped on a rotary indexing table with up to five, eight or ten pallets. The handling system supplies raw part after raw part to the FZ 16 S five axis machining center and removes the finished workpieces together with the pallet. If a pallet is being machined, the next pallet can be loaded simultaneously.
