Fertigungsdaten vernetzen, visualisieren und zur Verfügung stellen. Der neue COSCOM FactoryDIRECTOR VM ist die Basis für den Connected Shopfloor – Industrie 4.0 Zukunftsfähigkeit bereits integriert!

Der neue COSCOM FactoryDIRECTOR VM ist die zentrale Datenplattform für die Fertigung. Fertigungsinformationen, wie Artikelstammdaten und Arbeitsplaninformationen aus dem führenden ERP-System bilden die Grundlage für eine strukturierte Datenablage und Datensteuerung im Shopfloor. Alle im Shopfloor erzeugten Daten und Informationen werden in der zentralen Datenbank dem versionierten Fertigungsartikel und der konkreten Arbeitsfolge (Vorgang) des Arbeitsplans zugeordnet. Der COSCOM FactoryDIRECTOR VM bildet auch die operative Datenplattform für Anwendungssysteme, wie CAD/CAM und virtuelle Maschinen. Diese Systeme erreichen dadurch eine höhere Datenprozessintegration - vom Start der Anwendung bis zur strukturierten Datenablage in der zentralen Datenplattform.
