The MST for blind or passing holes are realised with high-strength steel in order to guarantee long-life of the spindle. The workable diameters are from 6 mm to 1000 mm and they are placed on different brand honing machines with correct adapters. The quantity of abrasive stones which are fixed on the tool can be 4, 6 or 8. They are composed by: a metallic support and super abrasive, which are connected with a binder. The most used abrasives are divided into two types: - diamond, - borazon, with different granulometry and concentration of strong removal or specular superfinishing. Moreover, MST tools can be adopted using emulsified water or cutting oil, in order to improve the cutting of the stone. The geometrical and dimensional tolerances are always in line with the customer's requests. We can create personalized MST tools based on our customers' technical drawings.
