Vertical Honing Machine DCE machine has a touch screen display, which allows to control the processing in real time. During the honing process, the abrasive is driven automatically to ensure a high efficiency. Moreover, the machine provides a manual or automatic setting, which is divided into 3 parts: higher, lower and middle. The setting of speed at wide margin allows the motor and the converter, with a variable frequency of the spindle and the stroking, thanks to independent advanced honing instruments. They are combined with vertical standard honing tools (for example CK Series) and with single stone honing tools, in order to processdifferent types of workpieces. The precision quality control takes place during the honing process, in order to obtain a more precise honing. Both the stroke motor and the spindle have a variable frequency. Tools are controlled constantly. The abrasive's speed expansion and the honing speed can be automatically regulated depending on the features of the abrasive. The interface between operator and machine allows the correct working and the working setting are easier. On the control panel you can also see datas, for example hole's form or angles etc.
