A special week of activities has taken place at Dormer Pramet production units (PU) in Brazil and Czech Republic.
The events coincided with World Safety and Health at Work day (April 28), which helps to reinforce the importance of preventing accidents and self-care.
In Sao Paulo, more than 370 employees focused on preventative measures (SIPAT). This started with an official launch attended by the management team and safety dialogues throughout the day.
Several tours were performed in the production areas at both locations to improve awareness of employees about attitudes and knowledge of safety.
Lectures and presentations on “preventing accidents with hands”, “prevention and safety” and “health and self-care” were given to all shifts during a 72-hour period.
