More diversity for milling small threads
The ZGF-S-CUT circular thread milling cutters from EMUGE are designed for machining difficult-to-cut materials such as Inconel or titanium. A new addition is the 3 x D length for milling deeper internal threads.
The circular thread milling cutters ZGF from EMUGE are particularly suitable for difficult machining in the small thread range from M 1. For best economy and process reliability, this product line has been split into four different versions.
The ZGF - 2 x D version has been developed for universal use and can be used across dimensions and pitches. the 3 x D and 4 x D lengths allow large thread depths to be realized. Thanks to its optimized cutting geometry and a high number of grooves, the ZGF-Z enables faster machining of the components. The ZGF-S-CUT are designed for use in materials that are difficult to cut, the ZGF-HCUT can be used to machine hard materials. A wide range of circular thread milling cutters is available with various lengths, material-specific alignment and cover of the M, MF, UNC / UNF and G thread systems.
