EMUGE, manufacturer of thread cutting and clamping tools in the EMUGE-FRANKEN company group, extends its product program of Circular Thread Milling Cutters.
The new products enable cutting of longer threads and of materials, which are difficult to machine.

Circular Thread Milling Cutters of type ZGF are particularly suitable for difficult machining operations with smaller thread sizes.

The 2 x D types include now the product types for cutting UNC and UNF – threads. They also represent the most versatile family, because they can be used not only for almost all materials, they are also eligible for use across various dimensions and pitches.

Another additional new product line is the 3 x D series, which offers larger depths. It will be available as metric, metric-fine, UNC and UNF specification.

The dedicated series for the materials, which are difficult to machine, is the new ZGF-H line. It covers also metric, metric-fine, UNC and UNF specifications.
