I recently bought a Standard-Modern lathe from the 90's. Excellent condition with Vickers (Siemens) A2100 control. It has Kollmorgen drives but is missing the spindle drive.
Got it for a song but need help determining what Spindle drive to get for it . The power supply is a Kollmorgen Servoster PA5000. The other two drives are an SE 10200 and a CE 06260.
It has a 10 hp spindle motor. The company I got it from trashed the old spindle drive because it quit working. (they could have got it repaired).
Any help would be appreciated.

What is the Spindle Motor, is it a Servo or a regular AC motor

It's a VF A.C. motor
Model V 2601-BN29
Kollmorgen. 10hp 6000rpm

Thanks for your help. LeBlond sells parts for these lathes but due to some legal issues between them and the current builder I have to contact Racer Machine in Canada for the specs if they have them. They are the current builder of Standard-Modern Lathes
This lathe is an 1840 CNC mid 90's
