Anmeldung online Kickoff

ab dem 01.07.2021 geht es los. Aus CAM wird CAD/CAM. SprutCAM in der Version 15 mit eigenem komplett integriertem 3D CAD System. Was gibt es sonst an neuen Funktionen?

  • Turmbearbeitung
    Neue Funktion um mehrere Teile in einem Projekt zu bearbeiten. Das Teil wird im Projekt als Gruppe von Bearbeitungen definiert. Alle Bearbeitungen innerhalb der Gruppe beziehen sich auf das Teil. Jedes Teil kann separat platziert werden und kann seinen eigenen Ursprung haben. Es wurde ein spezieller Modus für die Neuordnung der Bearbeitungsreihenfolge hinzugefügt, um die Werkzeugwechsel zu minimieren.
  • Mehrfachaufspannung
    Neue Funktion um die Kopie des Teils zu erstellen. Die Teilekopie enthält die Kopien der Operationen des Prototypteils. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, die Kopienbearbeitungen als Unterprogrammaufrufe auszugeben.

  • mehrere Setups
    Die Strukturgruppe ist eine neue Anordnung von Operationen zur Bearbeitung der einmal platzierten Teile. Wenn Sie Teile von mehreren Seiten oder mehrfach bearbeiten möchten, können Sie ein weiteres Setup erstellen.  Alle Teile können umgedreht oder an einer anderen Stelle befestigt werden, aber das anfängliche Werkstück für diese Teile wird als das Bearbeitungsergebnis der vorherigen Stufe übernommen.
