Nack kurzer Einführungsfase setzt MAS-Ketzenberg SprutCAM Expert erfolgreich für den Fertigungsprozess ein.

MAS-Ketzenberg hat sich auf Montageleistungen inklusive Engineering, Konstruktion, Service und Reparatur von Industriefilteranlagen, Umweltanlagen, Förderanlagen sowie dem Stahl- und Rohrleitungsbau spezialisiert.

Planung, Projektierung und Konstruktion

Verfahrenstechnische Auslegung in der industriellen Entstaubung und Luftreinhaltung

• Erstellung von Aufstellungsplänen
• Erarbeitung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen
• Auslegung von Komponenten im Stahl- und Apparatebau
• Erstellung von Fertigungszeichnungen mit Stücklisten
• Sonderkonstruktionen
• Auslegung und Projektierung im Rohrleitungsbau

MAS-Ketzenberg setzt die Version SprutCAM Expert für Fräs-, Dreh- und Plasmaschneidbearbeitung ein. Mit SprutCAM als Programmiersystem und dem neuen Maschinenpark werden neue Technologien für die Fertigung eingesetzt. Diese Technologien sind zukunftsweisend und erweitern das Fertigungsspektrum. Bei der Fräsbearbeitung setzt die Firma MAS-Ketzenberg auf die Micromill MM 430. Zum Plasmaschneiden wird eine Bach Plasmabrennschneidanlage verwendet. Beide Maschinen werden mit dem Programmiersystem SprutCAM extern programmiert.
