The F-Tool WEDM basic set is a simple, economic and flexible way to clamp the pieces in the wire cutting machine. The F-Tool corner 14/85 can be fixed in three different directions in the machine and can cut small as well as big work pieces with the best possible accessibility. The removable supporting bracket allows to cut the piece without any collision risk of the below wire guide in the highest precise and fastest zero position.

F-Tool ZPS The F-Tool ZPS is a simple, precise, powerful zero point clamping system. The positioning takes place by means of conically cut clamping pins which compress the centring ring during clamping and form a friction-locked connection with the base unit. This compensates for any lateral clearance. The pallet can be fastened to the ZPS base unit mechanically using screws or by means of an additional independent clamping mechanism.

The F-Tool CentroClamp While developing the CentroClamp we made priorities on function and good value. Is the five-axis machining centre loaded manually or automatic, a majority of work piece sizes must be clamped. Therefore a universal clamping device is a big advantage. If the machining takes place in the best possible centre of the operating range of a production machine, it simplifies the programming as well as the insert of production facilities enormously. Our target were fast component change, even at batch size one, shorter changeover time, greater flexibility and higher production output at lower cost.

For angle adjustment, F-Tool offers a compact, inexpensive, rustproof Angle Index Table, which is suitable for infrequent use. The Universal Index Adapter Plate can be rotated around the centre with 90° grid indexing. In addition, the indexing pin can be adjusted by 15° grid subdivisions. When omitting the indexing pin, the adapter plate can be continuously adjusted to any given angle in the vernier scale. An assortment of clamping devices can be fitted into the Adapter Plate to hold workpieces ranging in weight from a few grams to over 15kg and for all shapes. The Blank CentroClamp can be used for centric clamping of cubic or rectangular blanks with maximum edge length of ca. L= 160 x W = 80 x H = 160 mm. The jaws can be adjusted in a grid of 5mm. The blanks are fixed firmly with several M8 studs. The compact design and the tapered jaws provide optimal access to the work piece from all sides. The Blank CentroClamp can be mounted on appropriate palettes from below using M8 screws. The Blank CentroClamp from F-Tool is suitable for low-cost, robotised small and medium series production. The new F-Tool product combines compact design and flexible application possibilities at a favourable price. The great advantage of the Blank CentroClamp lies primarily in its use on robotic systems that need constant re-feeding and require a large number of clamping tools for day and night shift operations.
