12-TON ROTATING TABLE TRANSFER CART

Client's Need:

The client required a solution for safely and efficiently transporting long concrete molds through 90-degree turns to the storage area. Existing transportation methods caused inefficiencies in tight turns, disrupting the operational flow.

Project Challenges:

  • Custom Rail Wheel Design: A specially designed rail wheel system was required to enable smooth 90-degree turns.
  • Synchronized Operation: Two separate carts needed to work in perfect synchronization to transport heavy loads efficiently.
  • Seamless Communication: Reliable and fast data transmission between carts was crucial for maintaining an uninterrupted workflow.

Our Solution:

To address these needs, we developed two 12-ton capacity transfer carts with rotating tables.

  • Custom Rail Wheel System: A specially designed rail wheel system with a wide turning angle was implemented for smooth maneuverability in tight spaces.
  • Rotating Table Mechanism: Integrated rotating tables allowed easy directional adjustments for the concrete molds.
  • Synchronized Operation System: Ensured the two transfer carts moved in perfect harmony for balanced load transportation.
  • Advanced Communication Module: A robust data communication system was incorporated to enable seamless interaction between carts.

This solution optimized the client’s transportation process by enhancing operational efficiency, improving workplace safety, and significantly reducing transport time.
