Customer Need: Ensuring Efficient and Safe Concrete Pavilion Transfer Process

Armtek was looking for a reliable and efficient solution for transporting concrete pavilions in their new factory. Additionally, considering they would be working outdoors, the transportation operation had to be decided while taking into account weather conditions such as rain and snow.

Project Challenges: Outdoor Transportation and Weather Conditions

The main challenge faced by Armtek was the safe transportation of concrete pavilions weighing between 30-32 tons and optimizing this process within the factory. Working outdoors meant that weather conditions also had to be considered.

Our Solution: Efficient Transportation with a Single Battery-Powered Transfer Cart

At Fada Engineering, we recommended a battery-powered transfer cart with a capacity of 32 tons and dimensions of 3 meters and 7 meters to Armtek. This transfer cart was designed to safely and efficiently transport concrete pavilions. Currently, Armtek is using these battery-powered transfer carts for transportation in their new factory.
