This digital position indicator calculates and adjusts the spindle speed in relation to the axis value of the X-axis (RADIUS) while editing. This provides an optimum surface quality, reducing machining time and longer life of the tool. Main and features: • Constant cutting speed (CSS) • Spindle orientation sensor • Override (50 to 150%) of the programmed spindle revolutions without interruption of the program sequence • Control of spindle speed by means of external potentiometers • Displays the real speed For machine installers: • Up to four gear stages of spindle • Inputs: o emergency switches, analog potentiometer, external buttons (M3, M4, stop, etc.) • Rotary encoders for spindle speed measurement • Analog and digital outputs
