Are you looking for the make multiple copies menu?

Click on the "Draw" pull down menu then click "Multiple copies..." Or there is a shortcut to that on the "Contour Edit" Toolbar (usually on the lower left side of the screen.)

This lets you make a grid array copy of a selected item or items, where you can specify the number in the X and Y directions and the spacing of those copies in each direction.
