FANUC’s redesigned E-Store live

Find all spare parts online

Last week, the FANUC E-store received a new design, which is accessible 24/7, so that customers can request a new part anytime they need. By simply registering in the E-Store, they are able to get a specific spare part within a short matter of time, since all online orders are simultaneously stored within the ERP-System, which improves the overall ordering transaction. Additionally, transactions are accelerated based on FANUC’s complex, international supply channels of 12 distribution centers located around Europe with a centralized warehouse located in Luxemburg. Independent of the customer’s current European location, the spare part is deliverable from anywhere required.

A great variety of 30.000 spare parts and 115.000 items (each holds a uique order transaction number) can be found within the E-Store, which can be traced back to the fact that FANUC products are not discontinued.

Additionally, when ordering online, customers acquire access to an exchange program, where they can benefit from special discounts up to 30%.

As a Complete Service Solution Provider, certified through ISO 9001:2008, any additional issues reaching beyond spare parts, will be serviced by one of FANUC’S local engineer who will provide his support on-site anywhere in Europe.
