Filtermist’s F Monitor 2 & 2+ uses a globally recognised traffic light system of coloured warning lights to alert machine operators when an oil mist collector needs servicing. Both the F Monitor 2 & 2+ measure airflow and time. The F Monitor 2+ has the additional functionality to measure vibration and motor temperature - making it even easier to identify when your Filtermist unit needs servicing. F monitor 2 & 2+ are sold as an optional accessory and can also be retro-fitted to the complete Filtermist range.

F Monitor Essential is an airflow monitoring device that utilises a differential pressure sensor to calculate air velocity based on total and static pressure readings. It ensures optimal performance of the Filtermist unit with easy installation, calibration, and real-time monitoring. The brand new monitor uses two standard AA batteries, so no electrical connection is required, and fixes to the machine tool via rear mounted magnets.

S Fusion and FX Fusion successfully remove submicron particles generated in neat oil applications by combining a hi-tech synthetic self-draining media filter with Filtermist’s proven centrifugal technology - offering an effective alternative to other products in the high-pressure coolant market.

Filtermist’s entire range of centrifugal oil mist collectors are available with stainless steel components including the case, drum, clips and motor shaft making them ideal for use in corrosive applications such as Parts Washing. Filtermist units remove water vapour and steam contaminated with detergent and oil at source - reducing condensation and removing the need for unsightly external ducting.
