Look at Agie we have two and loved them, i think that they are one of the best, very solid and well made.
I'm also a trial and dirt jump guy best sports in the world.:)
Look good!
A trial or bmx?
The formula is RPM= 3.82Xsfm/drill dia. This is an inch formula so you will have convert your drill dia.
Try this go to tool tips on the side.

What i do zero out a tool or a high is that i have a piece of steel that is 3.0000" then i lower my z axis a bit below the top of the block an then i higher it whit a 0.0001 increment till the block...
I watch(wedge)
Everybody is at the polymer concrete thread.:D
Hi ,i dont think you will need that much bolts, 4 maybe 6 will be ok ,1/2" is pretty strong.
Hi i dont know mach but im running a vmc,a g0 is rapid move you can not give a feedrate to a g0 if you want to tell your machine a feedrate you have to use a g1.Does that help? May be you could set...
I would not use bolt i would use set-screw not to long it will look better.;)
Forgot to mention that i had mechano when i was youg ,what is all the tape on your drill?:D
You can't find some set-scew to go in there? Probably 1/4-20.
You could drill as big as you can and then use a boring head or the hole saw on the mill slow rpm and oil
Man, just the press drill will make a huge difference in your build.
What is the belt cleaning stick? Do you put that before sanding? Does it work?
Hi Thk
Before you cut your aluminium angle you could use it as a strait edge for your x-rails as they are normaly quit strait.
Just an idea.

I like your design, should be interesting, now take your time and mesure twice cut once.;)
Can't wait to see the next built. Are you gone a use steel? And what size?
Look at this.

They probably did this in many pieces and then welded them.
Nice job on the sign.
Very nice the probe Arie.
(Why buy one when you can build one) should be your signature.:D
Hi, you want to go submerged as Roy says, we have two Agie edm one is not submerge and it is day and night when cutting taper and the submerge one is cutting much faster,i would buy new ,take a look...
