Highest precision is the decisive requirement in test bench technology as well as in mechanical engineering. Since its development in 1986, the composite material Hydropol® has been continuously refined to meet the requirements of the mechanical engineering and test bench industry.
The structure of steel and a mineral filler ensures an optimised ratio of damping, rigidity and weight.
- Complex components up to 60t and 12m length
- Custom developed and designed for the specific test application
- High dynamic stiffness and 7 times higher damping than steel
- 50% CO2 savings in production (compared to cast components)
- Components are 100% recyclable
