ECOCOOL SCG-IDM is a multifunctional, mineral-free, water-miscible cooling lubricant that produces a transparent solution when mixed with water. ECOCOOL SCG-IDM was developed for the machining of special glass and ceramic materials used in the semiconductor, optical and dental industries, among others. Thanks to the special formulation without phosphorus, silicon, tin and zinc and the resulting reduced content of critical HIO elements (Hydrogen Induced Outgassing), we increase safety when cleaning sensitive workpieces and help to avoid undesirable effects in EUV lithography.
