The BS EcoX is a powerful through-feed brush polishing machine with two planetary brush heads, specifically designed for two-stage polishing applications and deburring applications with coarser burrs. The optimized, efficient, and targeted use of our in-house brush technology allows for cost-effective, one-sided processing of parts with a nominal size of up to Ø 250 mm.

The BS EcoX is a perfect solution for demanding deburring and surface polishing applications thanks to its state-of-the-art technology. The machine optimally combines two processes in one unit and is a highly effective and productive solution for your manufacturing processes.

Efficient and process reliable during deburring, honing and polishing
The BS Robo was developed to combine the different processes and at the same time to obtain a high autonomy during the machining. With the BS Robo we offer our customers a new generation of an intelligent brushing and polishing machine. It works with several processing stations and an integrated robot. This robot not only takes over the function of loading or unloading, but also processes the components at the respective stations (a total of 3 different possible) by means of complex motion sequences matched to the workpiece.

With camera recognition, the components are selected for processing by image recognition and robot control and are gripped at the right place. For different work steps, the robot requires different grippers, which it changes completely independently. The necessary grippers are provided in the gripper station. An integrated cleaning box for cleaning the individual workpieces after processing rounds off the concept.

Multiple process steps, different machining operations, complex geometries - all this is possible with the new BS Robo.

Deburring, edge honing and polishing - efficient and reliable

The BP Motion brushes away sharp edges and burrs, brushes precisely defined radii and contours onto edges and simultaneously polishes the surface to the very finest finishes.The new axis dynamics and innovative control logic allows to machine and to hone edges of the parts with different definitions as the results obtained can be reproduced with constant accuracy. This means that, e.g., one side of a 3-sided part can be explicitly brushed more, i.e., machined differently than the two other sides.
