FP Series

Grind Master offers fully automatic multi head machine for hairline finishing and bright finishing of round tubes up to 150mm dia and 6mtr length. Machine is offered up to 16 polishing heads and with automatic loader/ unloader and liquid polishing compound spray system. Machine can be set up to 20 M/min feed rate. Two types of polishing heads are used in this machine. Cross polishing heads are pneumatically operated from top. Longitudinal heads are perpendicular to cross heads. Thus with combination of these two heads you can achieve high quality bright finish. Polishing heads are provided with automatic wheel wear compensation. A wide range of wheels like abrasive flap wheels, non-woven abrasive wheels, sisal wheels and cotton buffs can be used on this machine for achieving the desired finish most economically.
