HELLER says HELLO_
Our trade show appearance at EMO Hannover received a resoundingly positive response from numerous visitors from Europe, the US and Asia. At our stand, we offered surprising insights into the real and digital world of machining. In addition to the machine highlights HF 3500 and HF 5500, HELLER also provided in-depth information on HELLER4Industry. For this purpose, we used the digital HELLER Cube, presenting our activities with a focus on Industry 4.0. ‘HELLER says HELLO_’ was the motto under which we entered into Dialogue 4.0 with our guests. The response we received was overwhelming.
Cube makes its debut
Another first-time experience at EMO in Hanover gave visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves into the digital world of machining with the HELLER Cube. By example of the HF 3500, visitors were able to learn all about the advantages of the new HF series and to gain insights that are normally hidden from sight on the real machines. Additionally, we introduced visitors to our HELLER4Industry activities in connection with the 4th Industrial Revolution and the digitisation of the process chain with regular presentations on the Cube.
HELLER and Siemens: new Industry 4.0 applications
In cooperation with Siemens we have developed new services in response to the requirements of Industry 4.0 which we presented at EMO for the first time. For both companies, digitisation plays a key role in the future of the industry. However, the Industry 4.0 applications are not only directed towards the life cycle but to all key areas of a machine tool. One of many impressive examples is an imaging method comparable to magnetic resonance imaging (MRT). This new functionality will offer numerous evaluation possibilities for process optimisation.
HELLER4Use: usage model providing a new level of flexibility
As of now, HELLER4Use rounds off the HELLER4Industry services with an attractive model for the use of HELLER machining centres. With this model, customers only pay for the use of their machine, helping them to avoid fixed costs. Based on the acquisition and evaluation of the actual machine utilisation, it helps customers to remain successful in the future with advanced technology, whilst maintaining full financial flexibility.
