The Top Employers Institute officially awarded the title 'Top Employer 2020' in Germany, Poland and the USA to ifm. Companies certified as Top Employers place their employees at the centre of their entrepreneurial activities and offer them an outstanding working environment.
Steffen Fischer, head of human resources and member of the group board of management: 'International cooperation in the HR area is becoming increasingly important. Thanks to high-quality HR work, not only Germany but also our locations in Poland and the USA were awarded this year. Our congratulations to all people involved. About the award
The HR Best Practices questionnaire comprises 100 questions that analyse 600 practices from 10 areas of practice: talent strategy, personnel planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, performance management, development of executives, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits as well as corporate culture. This year, the Top Employers Institute identified and awarded more than 1,600 Top Employers in 119 countries and regions on five continents.Hum
