CNC-Arena GmbH special booth showcase innovations of metalworking technologies

Under the motto ”Power your business“ the most significant exhibition for metalworking technologies – METAV 2016 – will take place from 23rd to 27th February in Dusseldorf. CNC-Arena GmbH will be represented at the trade fair through its INNOVATION PARK.

This year, at METAV, the entire value chain of manufacturing technology will be presented – from the design, CAD/CAM processing through different production methods and right up to quality assurance. CNC-Arena GmbH INNOVATION PARK is once again the center of attention during this exhibition, which will allow to strengthen existing customer relationships, win new customers and consolidate as a unique platform for professional exchange.

During METAV, 12 members of IndustryArena will present themselves at the 160 square meter INNOVATION PARK in hall 14, booth A107: Siemens AG, Schott Systeme GmbH, SPRING Technologies, Keyence Deutschland GmbH, R&D Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG, Engineering Center Steyr GmbH & Co. KG, AdeQuate Solutions GmbH, Euklid CAD/CAM AG, Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V., Brecht Elektronik GmbH, vectorcam GmbH and JOHANNES HEIDENHAIN GmbH.

At the INNOVATION PARK the visitors will experience the latest CNC controls, a solution for intelligent CNC simulation, effective CAD/CAM software, profile projectors with revolutionary measuring procedure, electronic components for quality assurance and a high-performance lathe machine.

The experts from each company will give lectures on their innovations between 10:30 and 15:00 o'clock every day at the trade fair. All speakers are from different manufacturing sectors, therefore our visitors can participate in a wide range of lectures. Topics include Industry 4.0, difficulties with 5 axis machining of gears and trends of modern CNC controls.

Moreover, it will demonstrate how to reduce machining times by 20 percent in 10 minutes. The programme will be completed by live presentations on topics such as “CAD for CAM programming” or “Powerful programming for complex demands”.  Then, after the presentations and demonstrations, the speakers will be ready to answer questions from the audience.
