The 5-axis iMG1010 milling machine from isel Germany GmbH is ideal for modern precision mechanics and for precision parts up to 10 cm. The high-performance powerhouse is small, but can also machine steel as well as aluminum - reliably and vibration-free.
The zero-point clamping system serves as an interface and ensures exact and repeatable positioning of the workpiece. The system can be integrated into network-controlled automated production processes using software interfaces. The maintenance-friendly design and the long-lasting spindle direct drives save service costs and time and offer a reliable processing system. During development, care was taken to ensure that all elements are easily accessible and yet protected from external influences in order to guarantee a long service life.
A wide range of optional extensions are available for the system. For example, a practical base frame is available for storing tools, material or the extraction system.
