Mineral casting is an emerging structural material and a future-oriented environmental protection material. It plays a crucial role in improving the mechanical performance and precision of equipment, and is widely used in structural components of high-precision equipment. Due to its superior performance, this material has been widely used worldwide and is gradually replacing traditional metal materials such as cast iron and aluminum with its advantages in price and performance.
Shandong Nano Advanced Materials Technology Co., Ltd. started researching and developing mineral casting in 2000. It obtained the patent of mineral casting materials in Asia in 2005 (Patent No.: ZL200510043683. X), and drafted and set the national standard for artificial granite (mineral casting) for machinery in China (GB/T 32667-2016) in 2016.
