About NINGSHING HENGLI
Jiangsu Ningxing Hengli Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is jointly invested by Ningbo Ningxing Precision Machinery Group Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Hengli Modular Machine Tool Co., Ltd. It was established in 2017 with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. It is a domestic technology-based enterprise that researches, develops and produces CNC gantry steel plate sawing and milling machine tools. It is a member unit of the China Machine Tool Industry Association. The company is located at No. 6 Hengli Avenue, Yandu District, Yancheng City, with convenient transportation and beautiful environment.
In the early days of its establishment, Ningshing Hengli aimed at the international level with a high starting point, independently innovated, and developed a set of CNC gantry steel plate sawing and milling machine tools. The machine tools adopt gantry structure, inverted rolling sliding composite guide rails, anti-clamping knife horizontal and vertical wedge mechanism, vertical clamping, horizontal side clamping, oil mist cooling, servo control and other key core technologies. The whole process of feeding, clamping, sawing and milling, and discharging is completed automatically, filling the market gap.
The specifications of steel plate sawing and milling machines are: large machine GKL2310, medium machine GKL1610/1310/1010, small machine GKL610, which can saw mold steel and various types of plates with a width of 2600mm and a thickness of 120mm. Large, medium and small machines are used in conjunction with each other, from large plate striping, strip cutting, and specification material forming, which is efficient and fast, and the sawing surface meets the semi-finishing milling quality requirements. The circular saw blade independently developed by the company adopts a special tooth design to solve the problem of knife clamping and tooth breaking caused by internal stress of the steel plate, and completely replaces imports. The equipment is widely used in the requirements of metallurgy, molds, machinery, new energy materials and other industries for cutting and processing of medium and thick plates, saving materials, labor, space and resources for customers, and greatly improving economic benefits.
The CNC bar circular saw has four specifications: GKX70/GKX110/GKX150/GKX200. The sawing range is from Φ20㎜-Φ200㎜. It has stable and reliable quality and high cost performance, serving the customer groups who cut round bars, round tubes, profiles, etc.
